The Cedar Tree Restaurant focuses on locally produced freshly prepared food and the menu changes on a daily basis.
Fish used in the restaurant is from Port Isaac where Cornish fishermen land it every day. Some of it is caught in local waters but sometimes it is fished from further afield and landed in local ports. It is delivered to the hotel several times a week so that we can serve it as fresh as possible. Many of our vegetables are grown in nearby fields and delivered to us by local farmers who harvests it daily on request. |

The Restaurant is comfortable and stylish with dual aspect windows overlooking the sea on one side and the beautiful Cornish countryside on the other. The room is light and airy, uncluttered and has modern artwork specially chosen to compliment the room. Wherever possible our produce is sourced locally and is often free range or organic. The meat that we use in the restaurant comes from a local Cornish farm. The sausages that we use for breakfast are made in the village, have won a silver award from the South West’s meat governing body. We make our own breakfast muesli using oats, nuts and dried fruit; without added sugars or salt. The eggs that we use are newly laid, free range and from a local farm delivered to us on a regular basis |
